Q.  What is your shipping policy?

A.  Normally, when it's NOT the holidays or during COVID restrictions, our shipping and estimated timelines are generally:

  • USA: 3-­5 business days 
  • Canada: 5-­10 business days 
  • Worldwide: 10­-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering it.  So, it's safe to assume that most orders will take a week for you to receive them, especially if you choose shipping through the US Postal Service (USPS).  If you're in a hurry to get your new STRONG merchandise, we'd recommend using UPS or FedEx for shipping.


Q.  Do you do bulk orders for one of your current STRONG products for individuals, groups, etc.?

A.  We sure do.  And, of course, ordering in bulk gets you a discount, too!  Just contact us at WearTheStrong@gmail.com, and we'll be happy to work out the specifics with you!


Q. Do you do customizations with the STRONG theme?  For example, what if my organization, team, or company wants something like a team shirt that says, "Tiger Strong?"

A.  We'd be happy to help!  Just email us at WearTheStrong@gmail.com  Once we know your needs, we'll put some designs and prices together for you (Bulk orders get discounts!), and we'll get you all set up!
